Shipping Policy
The time I need to prepare an order for shipping is between 5-7 working days. Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.
 International orders can take around 15-20 working days to arrive or more during the holidays.

If you want you can email me at renart.me@gmail.com and I will be happy to let you know the status of your order, should you have any questions or concerns. You will take a tracking code when your orders are ready.
Return & Exchange Policy
Refunds are not accepted. Every single artwork will be printed and packed carefully before shipment. This also does not apply to personalized or custom orders. Custom orders are non-refundable once your order is confirmed.
If your product arrives damaged, please inform me at renart.me@gmail.com immediately with a photo of the damage & send it back to me. I will replace the item with free shipping.
